Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck seeks a Quality Assurance Officer to lead QA, program quality, compliance, training, data management, and technology oversight. This key LT member supports accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement across all locations.

As a Senior Leadership Team member, you will provide strategic guidance and operational support to advance the organization’s mission, ensuring high-quality programs, safe environments, and meaningful youth outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration or related field.
• Experience with Boys & Girls Clubs of America standards, program quality frameworks, and organizational requirements preferred.
• Experience with MyClubHub or comparable membership and youth management systems preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit youth-serving organizations or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality assurance systems.
• Conduct program quality assessments and compliance monitoring.
• Promote continuous improvement through coaching and organizational support.
• Monitor grant compliance and reporting for assigned grants.
• Provide IT support and oversee MyClubHub administration and data integrity.
• Lead organizational leadership initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Attend executive and board meetings and support professional development.
