Job summary

The Arc Montgomery County is seeking an Assistant Director of Quality Assurance – Program Evaluations to help coordinate organization-wide QA, incident management, and program evaluation initiatives. You will serve as a resource to staff, people supported, families, and other stakeholders to promote compliance and uphold rights.

Under the supervision of the Director of Quality Assurance, you will lead internal incident investigations, support licensing and accreditation reviews, and assist with

Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus three years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus five years of relevant professional experience.
• High school diploma plus nine years of relevant professional experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Must communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience with program evaluation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement organization-wide quality assurance activities.
• Lead incident investigations and monitor compliance.
• Support licensing and accreditation preparations.
• Prepare Plans of Correction and track implementation.
• Represent the organization during external monitoring and inspections.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote rights and mitigate risk.
