Job summary

Liliʻuokalani Trust is seeking a Manager, Program Quality to lead quality assurance and continuous improvement across Kamalei programs. You will champion standardized practices, coach staff, and drive reflective learning to improve outcomes for youth and young adults.

With a focus on culturally grounded practice, the role partners with leadership to align tools, training, and resources, ensuring high-quality service delivery and meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in planning, design, implementation, and/or evaluation of youth programming.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA and CQI strategy that advances excellence and aligns with LT’s goals and cultural values.
• Coordinate quality review processes to surface strengths and deepen impact.
• Develop tools, dashboards, and resources to support learning across program sites.
• Coach and collaborate with staff to foster reflection, innovation, and shared accountability.
• Track and communicate insights from QA and training to inform growth.

Education

Master’s degree in social work, psychology, education, or related human services field

Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience
