Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking a Quality Leader responsible for the full lifecycle quality across programs, including hardware, software, and suppliers. You will supervise QA plans, budgets, and risk reviews, interfacing with customer and government representatives as needed.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, DoD/Defense quality experience, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. Strong communication and leadership are essential in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Quality Engineering and related processes.
• Understanding of hardware, supplier, and software quality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and execution of the quality management system.
• Perform contract reviews and implement a QA plan on the program.
• Partner with Program Management to identify risks and mitigations.
• Document quality budgets and staffing for the program team.
• Represent Quality at program reviews and staff meetings.
• Develop quality metrics to monitor performance and trends.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions as needed.
• Interface with DCMA/PMO and customers on quality matters.
