Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a technical discipline (engineering or related).
• Knowledge of manufacturing/quality processes and documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, work instructions, schematics, and specifications.
• Experience driving robust Corrective Actions Root Cause and Corrective Action.
• Willingness to work off shifts, overtime and nonstandard weeks to meet deliveries.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product compliance through accurate flow down of Program/Customer requirements and physical configuration audits.
• Dispositon and control of non-conformances; ensure proper documentation and closure.
• Collaborate with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and customers on quality issues to ensure standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve process performance and reduce costs.
• Develop and apply statistical analyses to validate product quality and performance.
