Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Quality Manager to ensure consistent quality across processes, branches and programs by developing and implementing standardized practices, validating those processes, and providing documentation.

You will drive operational improvements, measure program performance, lead root-cause investigations, and coordinate with Operations, IT, Quality and customers to resolve issues and maintain a robust Quality Management System.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations management in manufacturing/distribution.
• Experience with Six Sigma/5S/LEAN concepts.
• Experience in Telecommunications or Cable industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production procedures to ensure effectiveness.
• Monitor project performance to customer requirements.
• Lead internal and external meetings and interface with customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a Quality Management System meeting customer and standards.
