Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Quality Manager to uphold production quality through automated practices, maintain documentation, and drive P&L results. The role oversees QA processes, audits, and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with ISO TL9000 and ISO 9001 standards.

Strong leadership, communication with customers, and data-driven decision-making are essential. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of quality management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality management experience, preferably in distribution/warehouse environments.
• Strong knowledge of TL9000 and/or ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience auditing processes, reporting deficiencies, and drafting work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive quality control across incoming, processes, and final testing.
• Develop and manage production procedures and work instructions for efficiency.
• Lead ISO TL9000 / TL-9000 and ISO 9001 certification processes and audits.
• Mentor quality staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Interface with customers and management to ensure SLA adherence and issue resolution.
