Age of Learning, Inc. is seeking a Senior Quality Owner to own quality outcomes across products and initiatives. You will be a highly autonomous contributor with end-to-end ownership from planning through post-release validation, partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to elevate learner experiences.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing, risk assessment, and the use of AI-assisted tools to continuously improve quality delivery for a leading edtech platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, consumer-facing apps
• 7+ years in software quality or testing
• Experience owning quality outcomes and influencing teams
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tooling and automation

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality outcomes for products and features
• Serve as primary Quality representative in cross-functional teams
• Develop risk-based testing strategies aligned to product goals
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, regression, and integration tests
• Contribute to automated testing with AI-assisted tooling
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and others
