Age of Learning, Inc. seeks a Senior Quality Owner in Glendale, CA to own quality outcomes across products and features.

This role embeds in product teams and drives end-to-end quality from planning to post-release validation, partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate blends strong QA fundamentals with AI-assisted tools and modern automation to continuously improve quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in software quality or related fields.
• Experience owning quality outcomes for products or initiatives.
• Strong test strategy and risk assessment skills.
• Familiarity with test automation and AI-assisted tooling.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality outcomes for assigned products, features, and initiatives.
• Serve as the primary Quality representative within cross-functional product teams.
• Develop and execute risk-based testing strategies.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, integration, regression testing.
• Contribute to automated testing using AI-assisted tooling and modern frameworks.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and other stakeholders.
• Influence planning, design, and delivery to improve quality outcomes and customer experience.
• Investigate defects and perform root-cause analysis.
• Provide release recommendations and quality signoff.
• Leverage AI, automation, and telemetry to improve testing.
