Job summary

Thyme Care, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality to own contractual quality performance across HEDIS, Stars, and payer-specific measures.

You will design workflows, develop job aids, and coordinate implementation with Care Teams and Operations to ensure campaigns run reliably in practice. This role blends operational rigor with analytics, as you analyze data, define reporting requirements, and translate findings into scalable quality programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare quality and quality operations, plus payer quality measures.
• Ability to translate requirements into operational workflows for frontline teams.
• Strong project and program management across multiple campaigns or initiatives.
• Experience building dashboards and automated reporting for quality programs.
• Proficiency with SQL and BI tools for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio of HEDIS, Stars, and contractual quality measures and campaigns.
• Translate measure specifications into executable workflows and reporting.
• Develop job aids, SOPs, and training for Care Teams and Operations.
• Lead initiatives such as vaccinations, HRAs, in-home wellness assessments, and transition of care measures.
• Independently analyze data to identify gaps and drive interventions.
• Partner with Data to define measure logic, dashboards, and data specs.
