Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Quality Management Specialist to leverage technology and data to improve health outcomes. You will design, implement, and maintain health information systems, analyze quality data, and apply statistics to create health outcomes analyses.

Responsibilities include leading analytics, building dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), supporting NCQA/HEDIS initiatives, and partnering with clinical and operations leaders to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL and PowerBI.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; Associate’s degree is listed.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of quality data, regulatory reporting, and analytics.
• Design dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI, Tableau) for varied audiences.
• Develop data models and reporting frameworks for reliable analyses.
• Translate findings into actionable insights to drive quality improvements.
• Support regulatory reporting and NCQA/HEDIS performance analyses.
