Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with statistical analysis.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Tableau, SQL, and/or PowerBI (or similar dashboarding software).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Associate’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Leads management of quality data, regulatory reporting, and analytics to enable internal teams to draw actionable conclusions.
• Conducts literature reviews to assess current state of quality initiatives and ensure alignment with industry trends.
• Designs and develops dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI, Tableau) to communicate insights to diverse audiences.
• Defines data models, statistical methodologies, and reporting frameworks for reliable analysis.
• Translates analytical findings into clear business insights to drive performance improvement.
• Performs analyses to support NCQA, HEDIS, Medicare Stars, and other quality metrics.
• Leads analysis of intervention effectiveness and ROI for measure performance.
• Partners with clinical, operations, and quality leadership to inform measure-level strategy.
• Provides analytical support for regulatory reporting (e.g., PIPs).
• Performs other duties as needed.
