McGrath Rent Corp seeks a Quality & Metrology Manager to lead the QMS and Metrology Program in Dallas, ensuring ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 compliance and driving continuous improvement. This hands-on leadership role requires analytical thinking, trend analysis, and risk-based decision making.

The ideal candidate will oversee audits, generate metrics, and manage a team of QA personnel while maintaining certification and accreditation standards in a high‑pressure environment.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive experience in quality management, electrical metrology, and calibration.
• 5+ years leading staff in a quality, technical, laboratory, operations, or related environment.
• Proven experience leading internal audit programs, management reviews, corrective action systems, and external accreditation or certification audits.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 17025:2017, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994, ANSI/NCSLI Z540.3-2006, measurement uncertainty, measurement decision risk, root cause analysis, and risk-based quality management.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Proven ability to independently identify trends, emerging risks, systemic issues, anomalies, and improvement opportunities; challenge assumptions; investigate issues; and convert findings into objective, data-driven recommendations.
