Job summary

TRS-RenTelco is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the QMS and Metrology Program in the United States. The role ensures ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 compliance, drives audits, and partners with teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess strong data-driven decision skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality management, metrology, and calibration.
• 5+ years leading, developing, and managing staff in quality/technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 17025:2017, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994, Z540.3-2006.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System and Metrology Program.
• Maintain ISO 9001 certification and ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation.
• Lead internal audits, management reviews, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze quality, operational, customer, supplier, and calibration data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reports that support business decisions.
• Lead investigations into quality issues, audit findings, customer concerns, and nonconformances.
• Serve as the primary contact for auditors, accreditation bodies, customers, and quality-related compliance activities.
• Lead and develop Quality Assurance personnel.
• Drive a culture of quality, accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
