Job summary

Balfour Beatty is delivering a major expansion programme in partnership with Rolls-Royce in Derby, seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead quality strategy and assurance across a highly regulated, technically complex environment.

You will establish and maintain the project quality framework, ensuring contractual and standards compliance while embedding a robust quality culture across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in a senior quality management role within the construction or nuclear industry.
  • Experience working on complex, technically demanding projects.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, assurance and control processes.
  • Experience managing quality teams and, working across multidisciplinary project.

alfour Beatty is delivering a major expansion programme in partnership with Rolls-Royce in Derby, supporting the development of critical infrastructure within a highly regulated and technically complex environment.We're now looking for an experienced Senior Quality Manager to join the project team and play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality across the programme.This is an exciting opportunity for a quality professional who thrives in complex environments, understands the importance of robust assurance processes and is looking to work on a project where quality is fundamental to successful delivery.As Senior Quality Manager, you will take a leading role in establishing, implementing and maintaining the project quality strategy, ensuring that works are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, relevant standards and Balfour Beatty's quality processes.
