Job summary

Laing O'Rourke is delivering a major National Grid substation upgrade as part of the Wimbledon Asset Replacement Project. This is a chance to lead quality, assurance and continuous improvement within a highly visible project leadership team.

You will build trusted relationships across project teams, suppliers and client stakeholders, coach teams to right-first-time delivery, and use data to identify trends, risks and opportunities while supporting handover of a critical infrastructure asset.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Project Quality Manager who can build trusted relationships, influence positive outcomes and help teams perform at their best.

This is a highly visible role within the project leadership team, offering the chance to shape strategy, improve performance and leave a lasting legacy on a complex infrastructure programme.
