Job summary

A leading manufacturer of metal products in Bridgeview is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control functions. In this role, you will lead the Quality Department, manage corrective actions, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, a strong knowledge of engineering principles, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality experience in a metalworking environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop processes, and manage customer-facing quality issues.
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC), FAI/PPAP, and gage R&R.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the Quality Department.
• Oversee all aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
