Qualifications

• 8+ years in quality management with full QMS ownership.
• Experience in manufacturing processes such as sheet metal, welding, brazing, assembly.
• Ability to implement Lean and 5S practices.

Responsibilities

• Eliminate scrap/rework through root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Lead CAPA processes and failure mode analysis.
• Drive supplier quality improvements and manage source inspections.
• Coordinate First Article Inspections and customer quality submittals.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification and ensure compliance.
• Resolve customer quality issues with urgency.
