Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed and verified prior to start.
• Seven years of plant quality and/or manufacturing operations experience in private, public, government or military environments.
• Two years of supervisory/managerial experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• ISO audits experience is a plus.
• Proven leadership of high-performance teams.
• Strong communication and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality leadership for operations and develop plant quality strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer service to ensure product conformance.
• Drive reductions in complaints and cost of quality, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee FAA PMA operations and manage Authorized Release Documents.
