Job summary

Wistron InfoComm is seeking a QMS Engineer in Fort Worth to uphold and enhance our quality management system. You will lead audits, manage ISO certifications and customer audits, and drive continuous improvement across design, development, testing and manufacturing processes.

Candidate should have 5+ years in engineering with leadership experience, strong ISO/IATF knowledge, and proficiency in Minitab. This role combines office and production floor work, with cross-functional collaboration in a

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in product engineering, including design, development, testing and manufacturing.
2+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
Proficiency with Minitab and quality management tools.
Experience conducting internal audits and managing audits.

Responsibilities

Maintain and improve QMS to ensure ISO/IATF compliance and customer requirements.
Lead internal audits, MRMs, NV QA audits, and line qualification activities.
Coordinate external ISO audits and sustain ESD/UL compliance initiatives.
Review change requests (ECR/ECO) and track closure statuses.
Analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
