Genpak is seeking a Quality Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead quality assurance initiatives across the plant. The role emphasizes safety, cost, and timely production of a quality product with strong collaboration with corporate, manufacturing, and vendors.

Key duties include monitoring the Quality Management System, leading audits, CAPA, and driving continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma tools, with a focus on food safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• BS in Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Business Management (or equivalent).
• 10+ years quality leadership experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience analyzing data and solving problems.
• Computer skills in QA software and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Monitor the Quality Management System to align with food safety, regulatory, customer, and corporate standards.
• Lead audits (food safety, GMP, SQF) and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee QA testing and calibration of equipment; manage QA technicians.
• Develop, implement, review, and maintain SQF systems and CAPA processes.
• Communicate quality information across plant and corporate teams.
