Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of quality experience in an EMS environment.
• Minimum 3 years in quality leadership or management.
• Hands-on with PCBA and Box Build manufacturing.
• Proven customer-facing quality management including escalations and audits.
• Strong expertise in root cause analysis, 8D, CAPA, and corrective actions.
• Experience supporting SMT, Through-Hole, Functional Test, Final Inspection, and NPI.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and IATF 16949.
• Experience driving continuous improvement, defect reduction, yield improvement, and reducing scrap/rework.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop quality engineering teams.
