Five Rivers Analytics, LLC seeks a Quality Manager to lead the STORMS QA program, overseeing the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and coordinating with project leadership to sustain high performance across the program.

The candidate will bring 10+ years’ QA experience, DoD familiarity, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and capability to support executives; travel up to 20% CONUS/OCONUS is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree with five years’ experience or High School Diploma/GED with ten years relevant experience.
• 5–10 years of quality assurance/quality control experience in manufacturing, depot, or industrial production environment.
• Familiarity with DoD depot operations, technical data packages (TDPs), and MIL-STD quality standards.
• High-level analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting senior executives and performing administrative tasks.

Responsabilités

• Manages QA Department and QA Program; ensures ISO 9001 compliance.
• Implements internal audits; coordinates CAPAs (CARs/GIDs).
• Performs analysis to identify root causes and remediation plans.
• Conducts regular audits and inspections for quality compliance.
• Develops processes to improve the quality program.
• Tracks personnel data and program documentation; maintains QA checklists.
• Supports leadership with monthly/quarterly reports and budgets.
