Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics, LLC, an Akima company, seeks a Quality Manager to lead the QA Department for the STORMS program. You will ensure ISO 9001 compliance, drive internal audits, and coordinate CAPAs, while supporting leadership with monthly reports and process improvements.

The role requires active clearance and 5–10 years QA/QC in manufacturing or depot settings; travel 20% CONUS/OCONUS; on-site at customer locations with extensive MS Office usage.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance Required.
• Bachelor’s Degree with five years’ experience or High School Diploma/GED with ten years relevant experience.
• 5–10 years of quality assurance/quality control experience in manufacturing, depot, or industrial production environments.
• Familiarity with DoD depot operations, TDPs, MIL-STD quality standards desirable.
• High-level analytical ability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement changes for complex systems.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Experience supporting senior executives.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; advanced Excel data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA Department and QA Program; implement QMS per ISO 9001.
• Lead internal audit program; manage corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform analyses to identify root causes and plan resolutions.
• Conduct audits and inspections for quality compliance.
• Develop and improve quality processes and procedures.
• Manage program-level personnel tracking and document directives.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
