Mortenson is seeking an experienced Quality Manager in our Structured Cabling group who will lead, manage, monitor, and analyze the quality system across multiple projects. This role requires 100% travel on a rotational basis (3–4 weeks on site, about 1 week at home).

You will collaborate with design, operations, and project teams to develop the Quality Management Plan, report performance metrics, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or construction field.
• 3+ years in design, engineering, construction, or heavy industry.
• 1+ year leading a quality system or incident/project management.
• Knowledge of quality systems (Baldridge, ISO 9000, Lean, Kaizen, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, development, and implementation of the Quality Management Plan.
• Develop, assess, and report on quality performance metrics.
• Manage Quality Events and corrective actions.
• Drive a performance-based culture and team development.
• Coach team members in Quality.
• Lead project Quality Assessments and training.
• Work with Quality leaders to implement the Quality System.
• Deliver training on Quality processes and scopes.
• Assist adjacent teams in Quality management.
• Monitor industry trends for best practices and risks.
