Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to lead the quality program across capital projects. You will establish and maintain the quality management system, direct Project Quality Managers, and own supplier/contractor qualification and audits.

Travel to sites and regulator audits are expected as part of executive-level quality reporting. This senior role requires 10+ years in quality on capital projects, with 5+ years in leadership, and certifications like ASQ CMQ-OE or

Qualifications

10+ years in quality on capital projects or similar.
5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
Certifications: ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA; ISO 9001 lead auditor; NQA-1 lead auditor a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
Direct Project Quality Managers across projects; review performance and develop staff.
Own supplier and contractor qualification, approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement.
Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits; own corrective-action closure.
Report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership.
