Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to lead quality on capital projects. You will establish and maintain the program quality management system, direct Project Quality Managers, set standards, and oversee supplier/contractor qualification.

You will engage in regulatory audits, third-party assessments, and reporting to executive leadership. This is a senior leadership role with travel and cross-site accountability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA and ISO 9001 lead auditor qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects and staff.
• Set standards, review performance, and develop staff.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, the approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action closure and report quality performance to leadership.
