Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to direct quality across a program of capital projects. You will establish the quality management system, direct project quality managers, and manage supplier qualification and procurement standards.

The role requires 10+ years in quality on capital projects, with 5+ years in leadership, plus ASQ/ISO/NQA-1 credentials. Expect executive-level reporting, audits, and potential travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff
• ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA, ISO 9001 lead auditor
• NQA-1 lead auditor qualification a strong plus
• Experience as the quality authority on regulated programs

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program; Direct Project Quality Managers across projects
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits; report quality performance to leadership
