Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects with leadership of teams.
• Proven ability to direct quality programs and audits across multiple projects.
• Executive-level communication and strong decision-making under regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects and set performance standards.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification and quality requirements in procurement.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action closure and report quality performance to leadership.
• Review performance, develop staff, and manage risk and cost of quality.
• Lead audits under NQA-1, API, or DOT frameworks as applicable.
