Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager III to lead quality across a portfolio of capital projects. You will establish the quality management system, direct Project Quality Managers, and own supplier qualification and procurement quality requirements.

You will represent the client in audits and report risk and cost of quality to executives. The role requires 10+ years in quality on capital projects with at least 5 years in leadership, ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA, and ISO 9001

Qualifications

10+ years in quality on capital projects with 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
Certifications in ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA and ISO 9001 lead auditor.
Experience as the quality authority on regulated programs (nuclear, energy, transportation, or federal).

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
Direct Project Quality Managers across projects and review performance.
Own supplier and contractor qualification, the approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement.
Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits; close corrective actions.
Report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership.
