Amprius Technologies, Inc. in Fremont, CA, is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to own quality across the organization—from incoming materials to the cells shipped to customers.

You will lead the quality management system, earn and maintain AS9100 certification, and build supplier and CM quality programs that scale with our manufacturing network. Travel up to 20% to supplier and contract manufacturer sites in Asia and elsewhere.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality for manufactured hardware.
• 4+ years managing quality teams.
• Strong supplier quality background: audits, PPAP or FAI, and CAPA and 8D methods.
• Core quality tools: UN 38.3 and IEC 62133 testing.

Responsabilités

• Own the QMS and lead AS9100 certification and surveillance audits.
• Build and publish supplier and CM quality programs and scorecards.
• Lead incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection and test strategy at Fremont and at CMs.
• Lead customer quality: complaints, returns, failure analysis and 8D reports.
• Run Lean and Six Sigma improvement projects with measurable savings.
• Hire and develop the quality team, including supplier quality engineers.
