Qualifications

• 6+ years leading automotive quality organization.
• Ability to conduct manufacturing process audits with suppliers and AISIN facilities.
• Experience with Welding, Heat Treat, or Adhesion manufacturing processes preferred.
• Strong Leadership and Organizational Skills.
• Ability to manage a team to resolve complex issues.
• Ability to train and develop team members to enable growth.
• Excellent MS Office skills for reporting and analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the corporate Process Audit team and achieve internal auditor certifications.
• Provide training and certification for in-house auditors across locations.
• Support Special Process Audits at North American sites and drive improvements.
• Ensure audit findings are addressed and sustained improvements are implemented.
• Develop and refine QMS manuals, procedures, and forms with AISIN Japan teams.
• Lead Product Audit, Vehicle Evaluation, Failure Analysis & Testing activities as needed.
• Communicate activity status and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.
