Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Department: vision, daily operations, mentoring, and performance improvements.
• Develop and implement quality control protocols: inspection, sampling, and testing for materials and products.
• Ensure compliance: adhere to IATF 16949, AIAG, customer requirements; maintain QMS.
• Oversee corrective actions: track customer metrics; containment, root cause, corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams with production, engineering, and suppliers to solve quality issues.
• Manage supplier quality: audits, performance monitoring, and compliance.
• Maintain documentation: ensure quality records and certifications are up-to-date.
• Support product development: integrate quality standards in design (APQP/PPAP).
• Drive continuous improvement: root cause analysis, scrap reduction, first-time quality.
