Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent required.
• Preferred MS/MS/MBA in Business Management, Mathematics or Manufacturing.
• Required: 5 years quality operations experience in production/manufacturing settings.
• Preferred: 7 years as Quality Manager in plastic injection molding with automotive products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products meet Adkev, Inc.'s quality programs and customer specifications.
• Train personnel in root cause analysis and develop long-term preventive actions.
• Lead and train quality associates; verify training effectiveness and performance.
• Facilitate and participate in customer surveys and audits.
• Maintain quality documents and data control systems.
• Manage inspection, testing and measurement systems.
• Coordinate communications between Adkev, customers, and suppliers on quality issues.
• Review complaint trends and corrective actions with appropriate personnel.
• Develop and maintain continuous improvement within the quality system.
• Develop and review standards, policies, and procedures for production processes; implement solutions.
• Participate in APQP for new product launches.
