Job summary

Adkev, Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager in Indiana to lead the quality department and drive regulatory compliance across IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, and production teams to sustain a culture of quality and operational excellence.

The role requires a 4-year degree and at least five years in manufacturing quality, with experience in APQP/PPAP, root-cause analysis, and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, auditing processes, and manufacturing quality standards.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, verbal, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all quality department functions and teams.
• Ensure products meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train employees in root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and problem-solving methods.
• Facilitate customer audits, supplier audits, and certification audits.
