Job summary

Laborup seeks a Senior Quality Manager for its new, state-of-the-art precision manufacturing facility in Horsham, PA. You will own the AS9100 QMS, lead the quality team, and partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to meet stringent customer requirements.

You will drive CAPA, RCA, and continuous improvement, maintaining a strong quality presence on the shop floor and leading audits to ensure top-tier product quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quality experience in precision manufacturing or machining.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 and/or ISO 9001.
• Experience leading quality personnel and driving CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the site's quality management system and QA team.
• Drive corrective actions, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
• Lead internal, customer, supplier, and regulatory audits.
