Job summary

ALIGN PRECISION PHILADELPHIA is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead the quality function at our Horsham facility, advancing robust processes and systems that meet customer, engineering, regulatory, and internal requirements.

You will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations to establish effective quality controls, drive continuous improvement, and develop a quality culture across a growing precision-manufacturing operation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in senior quality management in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading quality activities in a close-tolerance manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, GD&T, CMM, and dimensional inspection.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• AS9100 / ISO 9001 knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day activities of the Quality function to meet customer and engineering requirements.
• Own and maintain AS9100 QMS and ensure site-wide implementation.
• Lead Management Review and site-level Quality objectives and KPIs.
• Drive COPQ, scrap, rework, and corrective action effectiveness.
• Provide on-floor quality leadership and partner with Operations and Engineering for systemic improvements.
• Develop and maintain quality management systems, procedures, and controls.
