We are representing an industry-leading Fortune 1000 automotive supplier seeking a senior-level Quality Manager due to a recent promotion/transfer. The Quality Manager will report directly to the VP/General Manager, who is looking to begin the interview process ASAP!

POSITION OVERVIEW

• The candidate will report to the General Manager and manage five direct reports.
• Complete financial and budgetary responsibilities for the department.
• Own both plant quality and customer quality functions, working cross-functionally with various departments.
• Provide direction and leadership aligned with company and business plan goals.
• Develop strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives for plant and customer issues.
• Collaborate with plant staff to develop high-potential talent.
• Improve process efficiency through best practices, SOPs, and lean manufacturing principles.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of automotive Quality management experience.
• Strong understanding of SPC, GD&T, and Dimensional Analysis.
• Well-versed in IATF-16949 standards.
