Our Montrose Environmental Solutions (MES) team delivers solutions for complex environmental issues, focusing on regulatory compliance, permitting, auditing, assessment, remediation, emergency response, waste management, and legal enforcement. Our team includes engineers, scientists, remediation specialists, geologists, biologists, and compliance experts working with public and private clients, providing comprehensive solutions. We also offer advisory and specialty services, including sustainability program development, data-driven decision-making, software support, chemistry QA, and EHSS auditing.
Position Overview: Our air quality team is expanding, and we seek a Senior Project Manager to lead our air quality services in the Gulf Coast Region. The role involves providing consulting services to energy sector clients and others in the region.
A Day in the Life
This position is based in South Louisiana but can be performed remotely if the candidate has Louisiana experience. Responsibilities include managing project tasks, scoping, budgeting, and client communication to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Key activities include:

Additional Skills:
Time management, problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, proficiency with MS Office, software tools, and a strong understanding of regulations and technical competencies. Ability to foster client relationships and identify new opportunities is essential.
Minimum Requirements:
B.S. in engineering or related field, 7-10 years of air quality consulting, 4+ years as a project manager, understanding of engineering concepts, high ethics, multitasking ability, safety compliance, proficiency with MS Office and other software, and willingness to travel (<25%).
