Job summary

Schneider Electric in the United States is seeking a Senior Quality & Maintenance Business Analyst to drive the ERP transformation, deploying SAP across North America plants and aligning QA & maintenance processes.

You will work with an agile mindset, lead requirement gathering, manage stakeholder workshops, and ensure site readiness as the project transitions from legacy systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, manufacturing/industrial engineering, business or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service & quality with experience in plant maintenance operations.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality processes within manufacturing plants (incoming, in-process, final) & maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead identification of Quality & Maintenance requirements and development of the SAP backlog.
  • Serve as a Change Agent, supporting the Product Owner in ERP legacy-to-future state issues.
  • Manage transfer of SAP knowledge to Key Users, data owners, and local management team.
  • Identify and understand stakeholder needs; capture user feedback for enhancements.
  • Lead stakeholder workshops and create/end-to-end process flows for manufacturing plants.

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Quality & Maintenance Business Analyst opened with the ERP Business Transformation program as we deploy SAP across North America plants. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure a successful transformation for the business, specifically in Quality & Maintenance as we move away from legacy systems into the future state, utilizing the latest version of SAP. Additionally, you will work with an agile mindset and a focus on continuous improvement to add value to Global Supply Chain.

What will you do?
  • Lead in the identification of Quality & Maintenance business requirements and development of the customer story backlog for SAP.
  • Serve as a Change Agent, supporting the Product Owner in resolving issues between legacy and future state ERP systems
  • Manage transfer of SAP knowledge to Key Users, data owners, and local management team
  • Work with key stakeholders to identify and understand their needs.
  • Capture feedback from users and identify “enhancements” of existing functionality.
  • Lead and participate in stakeholder workshops
  • Create/Validate End to End Process Flows for manufacturing plants
  • Contribute to localization of project documentation (training materials, test scripts, etc.)
  • Be accountable for site readiness (planning, support, audit, training)
  • Be the business representative for the program with understanding of current Quality & Maintenance processes and systems

  • Be accountable for Business Transformation, Solution decisions, Data accuracy, and Organizational Change Management
  • Participating in End User Training
  • Hold the Key Users and Data Owners accountable for project deliverables
  • Lead the Key Users & project team participation in solution testing
Working conditions:
  • Travel expectations for this position are 50%.
  • This individual will have flexible work arrangements.
  • Tight deadlines and multiple priorities, requiring decisive decision making in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work outside the standard 8-5 schedule, across time zones, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required by tight project deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in a competitive work environment
What Qualifications will make you successful?
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, manufacturing/industrial engineering, business or related field required.
  • 3+ 3-5 years of experience in customer service & quality with experience in plant maintenance operations.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality processes within manufacturing plants (Incoming inspection, in process inspection, final inspection) & maintenance.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Change management and communication skills.
  • Leadership and management skills.
  • Listening, negotiation, decision making, problem solving.
  • Aptitude in learning and working in new IT systems.
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a multicultural environment

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
