Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in quality management and Six Sigma certification, plus ISO 9001/CMMI experience. This role offers hybrid work and a path to impact safer communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in quality management or systems integration.
• Strong quantitative analysis and data-driven decision-making capability.
• Experience with ISO 9001/CMMI; telecommunications industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enforce field deployment processes and verify process capability.
• Analyze lifecycle performance and implement improvements.
• Manage internal audits to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA for deployment quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement using data-driven methods.
