Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Experienced Quality/Systems Integration professional to define multi-year strategies across the product lifecycle, drive KPIs for reliability and yield, and collaborate with global deployment teams and leadership to align quality with business goals.

The role focuses on enforcing deployment processes, translating system deployments into improvements, and maintaining ISO 9001 & regulatory compliance while leading CAPA initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of quality management or systems integration experience.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt and CMQ or CQA certifications preferred.
• Strong data analysis, statistics, and quality tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Enforce field deployment processes and verify process capability.
• Analyze downstream impact of deployments and translate into improvements.
• Manage internal audit programs to meet ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA for deployments.

Supply Chain - Product Quality

Job Description

Scope of Role

• Strategy: Define and execute a multi-year strategy across the entire product lifecycle, from design gate to aftermarket service.
• Operations: Drive systemic improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product reliability, manufacturing yield, and operational efficiency across the global enterprise.
• Collaboration: Partner with Systems Integration project stakeholders, international deployment teams, and business leadership to ensure quality metrics are aligned with and support business needs.

Core Responsibilities

• Process Quality: Enforcement of field deployment processes and verification of process capability.
• Lifecycle Performance: Ensure downstream impact from system deployments are analyzed and translated into applicable product and process improvements.
• Compliance & Governance: Manage internal audit programs to ensure the International Systems Integration business adheres to Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001 standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Issue Resolution: Lead root cause analysis and execute corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues that impact project deployments.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of operational excellence using data analysis and quality tools to eliminate waste and improve system deployment capabilities.

Additional Qualified Skills

• Technical Expertise: Strong background in quantitative analysis and data science with the ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex technical documents.
• Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt, ASQ Certified Manager of Quality (CMQ), or ASQ Certified Quality Auditor preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data management methods and statistical analysis tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Leadership & Communication: Demonstrated ability to define strategic roadmaps, drive organizational change, and present complex technical strategies to leadership.
• Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or CMMI standards; prior experience in the telecommunications industry is a significant plus.

Target Base Salary Range

$120,300 - $180,000

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
