The role emphasizes process enforcement, CAPA leadership, data-driven decision-making, ISO 9001/CMMI compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in quality management or systems integration.
• Strong background in quantitative analysis and data science to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex technical documents.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt, CMQ, or ASQ Quality Auditor certifications.
• Proficiency in data management methods and statistical analysis tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to define strategic roadmaps, drive organizational change, and present complex technical strategies to leadership.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or CMMI standards; telecom industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year strategy across the product lifecycle.
• Drive systemic improvements in KPIs related to product reliability, manufacturing yield, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Systems Integration project stakeholders, international deployment teams, and business leadership.
• Enforce field deployment processes and verification of process capability.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA for quality issues that impact deployments.
• Drive a culture of operational excellence using data analysis and quality tools.
