Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Systems Engineering or related field with expected graduation by Dec 2030
• Familiarity with structured root-cause analysis frameworks (8D, Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC)
• Experience with JIRA and data analysis tools to track trends and metrics
• Strong communication and ability to convey technical data cross-functionally

Responsibilities

• Quality Planning: set goals aligned with customer requirements and benchmarks
• Incident Management: lead cross-functional 8D investigations to resolve stop-ship/build events
• Defect & Trend Analysis: analyze data to drive design and manufacturing upgrades
• KPI Metrics & Reporting: develop and report quality KPIs to leadership
• Preventive Strategy: identify gaps and drive preventive actions to eliminate issues
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with global plant teams, engineering, support, and order management
