Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in Brookfield, Wisconsin, seeks a Quality/Operations leader to drive quality management systems and continuous improvement across the plant. You will lead cross-functional teams, conduct internal audits, mentor engineers and technicians, and guide budgets and capex.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll apply modern quality tools, lean methods, and data analytics to reduce costs and improve process capability and product quality for customers.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–7 years' quality experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ISO and Lean methods; strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, plan, and supervise quality management activities in the plant.
• Provide technical leadership with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Educate and train others on quality principles and tools.
• Manage budgets, goals, and performance feedback for the team.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System and audits.
