Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Quality Manager in Beloit, WI to lead the Quality Management System across manufacturing, suppliers, and product lifecycles. You will drive compliance with ISO 9001, improve quality performance, and build a proactive quality culture while partnering with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership on the manufacturing floor with strategic system and process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of progressive quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ISO 9000 / ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Strong working knowledge of AIAG standards, PPAP, APQP, SPC, and MSA.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 6S, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience with supplier quality management, vendor development, and incoming inspection.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality organization and culture across the company.
• Define, standardize, and deploy Critical to Quality specifications.
• Maintain ISO 9001 compliant QMS and ensure audit readiness.
• Lead supplier quality strategy, vendor development, and scorecards.
• Improve defect prevention, process capability, and production quality.
• Lead RCCM root cause and corrective action efforts and CAPA processes.
• Oversee inspection, testing, and validation to ensure conformance.
• Define and report quality metrics and KPIs to drive improvement.
