Hoefs Recruiting Solutions is assisting a well-established manufacturer in Racine, Wisconsin to hire a Quality Manager. The role leads the quality department, drives continuous improvement, and serves as the face of quality with customers.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in quality, strong ISO 9001 auditing experience, and supervisory responsibilities. Plastics manufacturing experience is a plus and a degree from an accredited institution is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of quality experience.
• Strong ISO 9001 knowledge and internal auditing experience.
• Experience interfacing directly with customers on quality matters.
• Supervisory experience managing a quality team.
• Degree from an accredited institution required.
• Plastics manufacturing experience a plus.
