Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Collateral Valuations Provider Quality Leader in Home Lending Collateral Valuations Group to lead provider delivery and performance management, ensuring valuation products meet quality, compliance, and timeliness standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5 years of people leadership experience with performance management and coaching.
• 5 years of vendor/provider management experience in residential valuation.
• Experience in home lending residential appraisal and valuation operations.
• Knowledge of appraisal standards and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential valuation providers to ensure quality, compliance, and turnaround time.
• Monitor KPIs and lead structured performance routines and provider communications.
• Recommend and implement process changes and provider allocation strategies.
• Serve as senior escalation point for provider issues and stakeholder concerns.
• Lead provider sourcing, RFI/RFP processes to maintain coverage and performance.
• Conduct provider management reviews and annual appraiser audits.
• Oversee appraisal independence concerns intake and resolution.
• Track remediation items and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain an audit-ready environment aligned to JPMorgan policy and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee state submissions to support Truth in Lending Act and related needs.
• Lead and develop teams by setting expectations and coaching performance.
