Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and improve quality systems, ensuring compliance with ISO, GMP, FDA, and food safety standards. You will guide the quality team, own corrective actions, and serve as a technical resource across operations and development teams.

This role requires 5+ years in manufacturing quality, strong problem-solving skills, and leadership of cross-functional QA activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with quality systems and food safety standards.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of HACCP/ISO 13485/9001/GMP/FDA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and adherence to EH&S policies.
• Lead plant quality system and audits as Management Representative.
• Provide leadership to the quality team.
• Support a 24/7 manufacturing facility.
• Oversee testing and data analysis of raw materials and finished products.
• Manage customer complaint program and CAPA, including root cause investigations.
• Ensure compliance to ISO, GMP, FDA and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technical and R&D on new products.
• Maintain lab equipment, calibration, and related supplies.
• Drive continuous improvement in Quality across the plant.
