Job summary

ALPLA is seeking a Quality Lider to support the plant's QA activities, shaping local quality strategy, and driving improvements to meet increasing business complexity. The role coordinates QA in both production and lab to ensure exceptional product quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading QA teams, aligning with departments, and maintaining accurate quality communications with customers.

Qualifications

• Academic degree, preferably in chemistry or science area.
• Experience with physical lab testing equipment, calipers, scales, digital height gauge and compression force testing equipment.
• At least 5 years of work experience in Quality Assurance with a track record as QA Manager, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven track record of leading people and developing employees.
• Highly self-motivated and self-driven.
• Profound MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work with other departments and manage customer relations.
• Able to handle multi-task environment with excellent organizational skills.
• Profound English and local language skills.
• Experience in applying IMS tools and techniques.
• Willing to travel for work.
